At Black Cherry Hair Co., we respect your time and ask the same in return. We understand that life happens, so our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible. After the appointment is made, you will receive a confirmation text that provides a link to edit the appointment for cancelling or rescheduling. **Please reschedule 2 days or 48 hrs before your appointment to allow those on the wait-list to claim the spot and avoid a 50% cancelation fee or nullifying your deposit. Cancelling/rescheduling within 48 hrs of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee/nullifying the transfer of the deposit. Tardiness more than 15 minutes past your appointment time will result in a 50% cancellation fee OR alternations to your appointment if time allows. No shows will not be invited to rebook. Consistent communication helps us maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
